At FlirtShade Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
All Sales Are Final on Opened Makeup
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any makeup products once the seal has been broken.
Please ensure you're confident in your selection before opening your product. If you need help choosing the right shade or product, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
The seal is intact and unbroken
You contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date
The product is returned in unused, unopened, and original condition

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
Opened or used makeup
Products with broken or removed seals
Final sale items or promotional bundles
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
